At The Homestead by Sarah Swain, we take pride in the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the carrier.

To request a return or refund, please email hello@sarahswain.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions or issue a refund.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or sizing errors, as all items are made or packed to order.

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
